1. Eligibility
The “Rhinestone Shop.com DIY Pin It to Win It Pinterest Contest” is open to residents of the United States and Canada. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion submission period begins on October 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on November 27, 2012 at 11:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion, Pinterest peers will have the chance to repin their favorite Rhinestone projects. The Jury will select the winners during the time period of November 27 through November 28. The winners will be announced on November 28, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. PST. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
3. How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotion Period, visit the Rhinestone Shop Pinterest site. You will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion upon successful completion and submission of the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. Additional entries received from any person/email address will be void.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

- Create a unique and fun DIY Rhinestone project! Whether this is adding sparkly rhinestones to holiday decorations or bling to a pair of shoes or earrings, we want to see it!
- Pin your image to your Pinterest page and add @rhinestoneshop in the Pin description of your image.
- By including @rhinestoneshop in your Pin description, your DIY Rhinestone project will be entered to win.
Use of any script, macro or automated system to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all associated entries will be void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, inaccurate, stolen, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. Winner Selection/Notification
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a $75 gift card to Rhinestoneshop.com.
One (1) second prize winner will receive a $50 gift card to Rhinestoneshop.com.
One (1) third prize winner will receive a $25 gift card to Rhinestoneshop.com.
5. A jury of Pinterest peers will vote (repin) their favorite DIY Rhinestone projects. A Jury of Rhinestone Shop representatives will then select the final winners. Judges will select the winners by judging the quality and creativity of the submitted stories and pins.
Rhinestone Shop will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner via phone, e-mail or Facebook. In the case that a winner does not respond in three days (72 hours) of Rhinestone Shop’s first attempt at notification, Rhinestone Shop will take this to mean that the winner forfeits their prize. In the case that the grand prize winner forfeits their prize, the runner-up will receive the grand prize. This is the model Rhinestone Shop will use in the event that the newly selected winner forfeits their prize.
If, in Rhinestone Shop’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud, electronic or non-electronic tampering or unauthorized intervention with any portion of the Contest, or if fraud or technical difficulties of any sort (e.g., computer viruses, bugs) compromise the integrity of the contest, Rhinestone Shop reserves the right to void suspect entry and/or evaluations and/or terminate the contest and award the prize in its sole discretion. Furthermore, Rhinestone Shop reserves the right to disqualify entrants for any act they deem as cheating.
6. Entry Conditions and Release
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; and (b) indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an entrant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of a prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor and Administrator may award the prizes for the drawing(s) at issue at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such drawing(s) up to time of such action. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s or Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
